Can I return something I just don't want?

If the product works fine but you've changed your mind, you can return it within 7 business days of delivery. This is the Track B path in our Refund Policy — different from a defective return, which has its own warranty path with no restocking charge.

What we need

  • The item unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, with every accessory, manual, and sealed component intact.
  • An email to support@fixcoffee.in within 7 business days of delivery, with your order number and the item you'd like to return.

What it costs

  • Return shipping is on you — at our courier rate card. We can arrange a pickup and bill you for it, or you can ship it back yourself.
  • A restocking charge applies: 15% of the invoiced product value (excluding GST and shipping) on espresso machines, grinders, and other electric products; ₹500 flat on non-electric accessories priced above ₹2,000; no restocking on non-electric accessories priced below ₹2,000.

What we refund

The invoiced product value, minus the restocking charge and the return shipping. Refunded to your original payment method within 5 working days of warehouse receipt (RBI T+5). Or take it as Fix Coffee store credit and we add a 10% bonus on top.

What this doesn't cover

Defective items, missing items, or wrong items shipped by us. Those go through the warranty claim flow instead — no restocking, no return shipping, on us.
