Fix Coffee Order Hasn't Arrived — 21-Day Lost-Parcel Rule

What if my order hasn't arrived?

If your tracking shows no delivery confirmation 21 days after dispatch, the carrier has very likely misrouted or lost the parcel.

Email support@fixcoffee.in with your order number. We'll offer you a choice:

  • Full refund to your original payment method within 5 working days (RBI T+5), or
  • Resend the order at our cost

You don't have to wait the full 21 days if the tracking has been stale for a while — reach out any time and we'll chase the carrier with you.
