Cancel Your Fix Coffee Order — Before or After Dispatch

How do I cancel my order?

Before dispatch: reply to your order confirmation email or email support@fixcoffee.in with "Please cancel" and your order number. You can also WhatsApp us at +91 96507 41802.

We refund to your original payment method within 5 working days, less the payment-gateway fee of 2% + GST that our payment gateway (Razorpay) retains on payment capture and does not refund to us. This is a real third-party cost, not a Fix Coffee charge.

Example: ₹10,000 order → ₹9,764 refund (₹236 gateway fee deducted).

After dispatch: once the parcel is moving it's treated as a return.

  • You can refuse delivery at your door, or
  • Email us to arrange a return pickup once the parcel reaches you

Refunds on returned items are issued within 5 working days of warehouse receipt (RBI T+5), to your original payment method, less the gateway fee.

Confirmed defect: if the reason for return is a confirmed manufacturing defect or dead-on-arrival, we refund the full amount (including the gateway fee, at our cost). See the Refund & Return Policy.
