How do I track my order?

When your order leaves our Lucknow hub, you'll receive an email and SMS with the carrier name and tracking number. Click the link in the email, or paste the number into the carrier's website to see the latest scan.

Tracking hasn't moved in 48 hours? Email support@fixcoffee.in with your order number and we'll push the carrier for an update.

Never got a tracking email? Check your spam folder first, then reach out — we'll resend it.

Still stuck? Email support@fixcoffee.in or WhatsApp us at +91 96507 41802 with your order number — we respond within 48 hours.
