What if my package arrived damaged?

If your parcel looks damaged before you open it, or the product inside is damaged:

  1. Photograph the outer packaging and the product before unpacking further.
  2. Orders over ₹5,000: a single-take unboxing video is the strongest evidence for a carrier claim. Recommended, never required — we'll proceed on photos regardless.
  3. Email support@fixcoffee.in within 72 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos.

You'll get a ticket number within 24 hours and a written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We file the carrier claim; you pick between a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
